True, but there's a huge difference between an inaccuracy and a scene which totally misleads: for years after seeing the movie, until I read more, I was under the impression that the whole Russian roulette thing was something that actually went on in the Vietnam War, and I'm sure I wasn't the only one. That is deliberately giving a false impression, for the purpose of creating a sense of tension and drama in the movie. I find that intellectually insulting and emotionally manipulative.
